About

I am Head of Technology and co-founder at Nedex Group, based in Kuala Lumpur. Over the last eight years I have run the engineering function there, growing the team from three developers to twelve and delivering digital transformation for more than a hundred SMEs and corporates.

That work has spanned large-scale application builds, business process automation and cloud infrastructure, from regulated fintech through to public-sector education at national scale. Before Nedex I ran an independent web practice for five years and led engineering at projectaccess.co.

My current focus is AI harness development and token-cost optimisation for enterprise AI adoption: the orchestration, routing and evaluation layer that makes LLM agents both reliable and economically viable to run in production. In practice that means per-role model selection that sends cheap models to orchestration and reserves frontier models for work that needs them, with automatic fallback, prompt caching and per-tenant token metering. The goal is to keep cost predictable as adoption scales, and to make agent behaviour observable and testable rather than opaque.

I write here about that work. Mostly LLM orchestration, agent infrastructure and cloud architecture, occasionally about what running an engineering team actually involves.
